Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Process:
We take great care to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use prior to each booking. Common areas such as the greenhouse, trails, and recreational spaces (pickleball, putting green, and bocce court) are inspected and tidied before your arrival.
Outdoor surfaces are cleared of debris, and any previously used filming areas are reset. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it, removing all equipment, trash, and materials brought on site.
Because this is a natural, outdoor setting, we cannot guarantee a completely dust- or pollen-free environment—but we maintain paths, open areas, and structures regularly for a safe and professional filming experience.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
