We kindly ask all guests to leave the space as they found it—clean, tidy, and ready for the next use. As Bibi’s operates as a fully functioning restaurant during the week, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the venue is essential. If you are hosting a supper club, it is especially important to ensure that the kitchen, equipment, and supplies are thoroughly cleaned and properly put away after use. We are happy to provide cleaning supplies upon request, or alternatively, we can arrange for a professional cleaning service at an additional cost. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
