Step into 606 sq ft of boutique studio space purpose-built for movement—from energy-boosting TRX® circuits and focused one-on-one coaching to mindful yoga flows and low-impact dance rehearsals. Ideal Uses • Personal training & small-group HIIT ( kettlebells, slam balls, bands on site) • TRX® small-group classes & official certifications (8 ceiling-mounted X-Mount anchors) • Yoga, Pilates, mobility, meditation, sound-healing (up to 20-mat capacity) • Dance rehearsals & choreography run-throughs (socks, or barefoot only) Layout & Flow • Main Studio (≈ 22 ft × 27 ft) – sprung, matted floor that’s joint-friendly yet firm. One full mirrored wall supports alignment checks and choreography. • Overhead Grid – eight secure TRX anchors with ≈ 8 ft 6 in clearance. • Lobby Nook – compact welcome zone with bench seating. • Private Restroom for changing on site. • Street-level single door allows easy load-in of equipment. Features & Amenities • Bluetooth soundbar with aux input for playlists or coaching cues • HVAC for year-round comfort • High-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) for connected fitness apps or live virtual sessions • Noise-dampening wall panels—ideal for early-morning or late-evening workouts • Free parking lot a one-minute walk away; ample street parking evenings & weekends Capacity & Policies • Comfortably fits up to 20 people total (participants + spectators). • 30-minute cleaning/reset buffer applied between bookings. • No shoes on the mats—barefoot, or clean socks only. Footwear is not permitted.

Nightly Cleaning Floor Deep Clean • Vacuum and disinfect entire mat surface with mat-safe floor solution. Mirror & Glass Detail • Full mirror wipe-down, edge-to-edge, using lint-free cloth. • Clean interior and exterior door glass. Restroom • Scrub toilet, sink, and floors with disinfectant cleaner. • Clean and polish fixtures. • Restock all supplies and replace air freshener if used. Sitting Area & Touchpoints • Vacuum/wipe any seating surfaces. • Disinfect all handles, light switches, keypad, and high-touch surfaces. Air & Ambience Check • Replace or clean air filters (when needed) • Check AC settings and airflow Supplies Inventory • Reorder paper goods, cleaning products, and guest amenities as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
