We are here to provide everything for your filming or event needs. With over 50,000 square feet of rentable space, both exteriors and interiors, our stages can bring to life any creative vision or dream event. We are located on the Westside of gorgeous Santa Cruz, making our facilities a great home base for your production crew or project teams. The ocean is just blocks away with many nearby local businesses for whatever you may need. We provide on-site support as well as offering camera/lighting/grip gear to rent and a labor pool to cover any position from Director to Stagehand. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
