What’s the smoking policy and fee? Smoking is allowed inside the studio for a $250 cleaning fee. Do you offer discounts for full-day or multi-day rentals? Yes — book a full day and receive one hour free. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations. Is loading in/out easy? Yes — we have a 12-foot wide roll-up door that allows you to drive vehicles or load large gear directly into the studio. Do you offer on-site tech support? Yes — tech support is available to help with gear, lighting, or troubleshooting. Can the cyclorama wall be painted a different color?
