The layout includes a spacious main room with a large desk facing a full-length window that stretches across the wall, bringing in natural light and overlooking Boston’s skyline. The room also has a professional studio desk, three comfy chairs for collaborators, and a high-end vocal isolation booth for clean vocal recordings. The studio is equipped with premium gear including a Neve 1073SPX preamp, Apollo X6 interface (gen 2), U87, Pearlman TM47, WA8000, a modded WA8000 by Signal Arts, TLM 103, SM7B, Sphere dlx, and a CL1B compressor. Acoustic treatment on all walls ensures an optimal listening environment. LED strip lighting along the walls creates a creative and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for long sessions. Whether you’re tracking vocals, mixing, or brainstorming with your team, this space adapts easily to your workflow.

The studio is thoroughly cleaned and tidied between each booking to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, equipment, and shared areas are disinfected regularly. Microphones, headphones, and workstations are wiped down after every session. We kindly ask that all guests leave the space as they found it to help maintain its quality for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
