Thorough Cleanings Before & After Each Booking: The loft is professionally cleaned between every guest, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen appliances, and bathrooms. Fresh Linens & Sanitized Surfaces: All linens, towels, and commonly used items are freshly laundered and replaced after each visit. Counters, remote controls, and handles are sanitized with care. Fragrance-Free & Guest-Friendly Products: We use gentle, non-irritating cleaners to ensure the space smells clean—not overpowering. Ongoing Maintenance: Floors, carpets, and furnishings are maintained regularly to preserve their quality and ensure your experience meets luxury standards. We ask guests to help us maintain this standard by treating the space with respect and tidying up after use. Your experience matters, and it starts with a beautifully clean space.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
