At The Hideaway, we follow a thorough cleaning process to ensure the space is pristine before and after every booking. Before each event, all floors are swept or vacuumed, surfaces are wiped down, bathrooms are stocked, and trash bins are emptied and relined. High-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and counters are disinfected, and outdoor areas are prepped with clean seating and clear walkways. After events, we collect and bag all trash, replace liners, sanitize bathrooms, wipe down surfaces, and mop floors. We also clean the outdoor areas, including patio furniture and fire pits if used. A final walkthrough is conducted to check for damages, reset the space, and document cleanliness. This ensures every guest enjoys a safe, clean, and comfortable experience in our secluded woretreat.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
