FARMUSE Studio is a boutique, production-friendly space designed to support creativity, connection, and ideas in motion. Whether you're building a brand, producing content, or hosting a purpose-driven event, our studio was made to bring creative visions to life. We welcome a wide range of rentals that align with creative and collaborative pursuits, including: Photo · Video · Corporate Meetings · Castings · Film Screenings · Team Building · Album Releases · Art Openings · Wellness Classes · Product Launches · Influencer Events · Pop-Ups · Music Showcases · Brand Activations · Production Basecamp Located in the heart of Nashville—just 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the popular 12 South and Wedgewood Houston neighborhoods—our 3,500 sq. ft. studio is designed to support a wide range of photo and video productions. Rentals include access to a 900 sq. ft. studio, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and designated hair, makeup, and wardrobe rooms to keep your shoot running smoothly. Alongside our indoor amenities, we offer a 4,500 sq. ft. outdoor oasis with a blend of rock garden and green space—perfect for capturing extra shots and creating diverse backdrops. This beautifully landscaped area features multiple vignettes and natural lighting options, along with a charming courtyard for intimate scenes or smaller setups, adding even more versatility to your shoot. We also welcome art builds and pre-light setups and offer ample space for prop stylists, set designers, and art directors to bring creative concepts to life. For visiting film crews, the studio also serves as a flexible production basecamp—private, fully equipped, and designed with workflow in mind. To further support your production or event needs, we offer a variety of add-ons, including production services, a still camera package, craft and catering options, AV packages, and essential supplies. While we love events of all kinds, our space is not available for personal or unrelated social events such as weddings, baby showers, or graduations

The space is professionally cleaned weekly and between bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
