After each booking, the space undergoes a thorough cleaning to ensure it’s spotless and ready for the next guest. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and bathroom fixtures are disinfected with professional-grade cleaners. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, all trash is removed, and furniture is returned to its original layout. Linens are washed with hot water and hypoallergenic detergent. The space is ventilated during cleaning to ensure fresh air circulation. We follow CDC-recommended guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
