Located in the Yonkers Waterfront, our lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties, presentations or photoshoots. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 including sectional sofas, lounge chairs and barstools - TV (guests will need to bring their own HDMI cable to connect) - Shuffleboard Table - Kitchenette equipped with sink, mini refrigerator and microwave - WIFI - Fireplace Take a 3D Tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=qkFFsqQbCke *Coffee table w/chairs in 3D tour and pictures no longer in space. * Reservation is for interior lounge only. There is no access to any exterior amenity spaces FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
