After each rental — whether it’s a short shoot or a longer-term production — our team performs a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning, including: Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, tables, and shared equipment Sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms with commercial-grade cleaners Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors and rugs Taking out all trash and replacing liners Restocking essentials like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Deep cleaning as needed between longer bookings For productions with higher foot traffic or extended stays, we offer mid-week cleanings or custom schedules upon request. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
