This is not a cookie cutter home with white shaker cabinets and a manicured lawn. It is something that feels far more organic and real, while still feeling put together. Fully shaded in the summer, the backyard is on average 10 degrees cooler than the city, with surface temperatures 20-50 degrees cooler. A mister system is installed in trees and shrubs around the property which can lower the temperature another 5 degrees and provide a rain effect.
