This 500 sq ft music production room is ideal for podcast recordings, voiceovers, music production, and content creation. The space is acoustically treated and equipped with professional microphones, audio interface, monitors, and seating for up to four people. Guests can use the main recording table, a comfortable lounge-style waiting area, and a small setup area for gear or laptops. The layout supports flexible use, whether you're recording solo or with a guest. It's perfect for creatives looking for a quiet, professional environment with plug-and-play functionality. The room also features soundproofing, adjustable lighting, and high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless sessions. Please Note: On Saturdays, the space is available for full-day bookings only (not by the hour).

We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment for every guest. The Music Production Room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each session. High-touch surfaces such as microphones, tables, headphones, and door handles are sanitized with disinfectant wipes. Audio and video equipment is regularly cleaned to ensure hygiene and proper function. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available in the room for your use during the session. The space undergoes routine deep cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable experience. Guests are kindly asked to leave the room in good condition and notify us of any spills or issues during their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
