About Fairlake Center
Fairlake Center, located in the historic Black & Decker Clubhouse in Asheboro, North Carolina, offers a fully renovated venue accommodating up to 200 guests indoors and 300 outdoors. It is ideal for weddings, family reunions, quinceañeras, birthday parties, and festivals. A smaller space is also available for gatherings or classes (up to 70 guests), such as Zumba or yoga. Multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces are available adjacent to our lake. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, restrooms with multiple stalls, and bridal/groom changing rooms. Clients may choose full-service event planning (décor, servers, DJs, catering) or utilize their own vendors at no additional cost.

Health and Safety Measures
A cleaning crew performs a thorough cleaning before and after each event. All food and beverages, regardless of whether they are provided by our catering or an external vendor, must be removed from the kitchen before the event concludes.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
