About Fairlake Center
Fairlake Center, situated in the historic Black & Decker Clubhouse, offers a completely renovated venue accommodating up to 200 guests indoors and 300 outdoors. Ideal for weddings, family reunions, quinceañeras, birthday parties, and festivals, We also provide a smaller space for gatherings or classes (up to 80 guests) such as Zumba or yoga. Multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces are available adjacent to our lake. Bridal and grooms changing rooms. Clients may opt for full-service event planning (décor, servers, DJs, catering) or utilize their own vendors at no additional cost.

A cleaning crew services the premises before and after each event. Lessees are responsible for removing any leftover food and beverages.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
