Our flexible space is ideal for hosting intimate weddings, private parties, art shows, music events, workshops, rehearsals, and pop-ups. A unique venue on the pedestrian mall in downtown Kalamazoo, in the backyard of Arcadia Creek Festival Place, and walking distance from the Radisson, the Hilton Garden Inn, and the train station. Glow Hall is a warm, creative space designed for people who want their event to feel memorable, not manufactured. Housed in a historic storefront directly on the Kalamazoo Mall, Glow Hall blends the charm of an artist-run venue with the flexibility and amenities of a professional event space. Whether you’re planning a dance party, a rehearsal dinner, a staff celebration, or a film shoot — Glow Hall offers a one-of-a-kind backdrop and everything you need to make it shine. With a background in craft cocktails, event coordination, and fine arts photography (BFA, SAIC), Christopher brings a deep commitment to both professionalism and creative spirit in every event hosted at Glow Hall. Whether you're booking a private dinner, hosting a live performance, or curating a pop-up market, you’ll have a partner who understands both logistics and vibe — and can help with everything from layout and lighting to sound and photo documentation. Health and Safety Measures

🧼 Cleaning & Space Preparation We clean and reset Glow Hall before every booking to ensure a safe, welcoming, and ready-to-use environment. • All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, tables, etc.) are disinfected before each event. • Floors are swept and mopped, and bathrooms are fully cleaned and stocked. • Gear and equipment (mics, chairs, tables) are wiped down and tested. • Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced before every rental. • For multi-day or back-to-back bookings, we offer mid-use cleaning by request. If you need special cleaning accommodations or a reset between sessions (e.g. for a wedding + reception), just let us know when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
