Located in a vibrant artist building, the space features white walls, warm wood floors, and a minimalist layout that’s easy to customize for your needs. Ideal for: • Portraits & headshots • Product & e-commerce photography • Editorial shoots • Content creation • Video productions The space is private and fully enclosed with no windows—perfect for full lighting control. Great for strobe setups or continuous light, with no interference from shifting daylight. There’s room for a small crew, client seating, and a designated hair/makeup area. A rolling rack, folding table, and chairs are included, with additional gear available upon request. Whether you're bringing your own lights or want to inquire about equipment rentals, this blank canvas is ready for your next shoot.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
