Perfectly suited for work offsites, workshops (up to 20 people), photoshoots, cooking demonstrations, and breakout activities, our venue adapts to your needs with ease. The main area features a spacious common room with a large table seating 12–14 guests—ideal for group discussions or shared meals. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a generous island with seating for 4, making it a fantastic spot for culinary demos or casual conversations. Presentations and workshops are enhanced by a large-screen TV, perfect for displaying materials or virtual meetings. Step outside to a beautifully landscaped backyard, offering ample space for outdoor seating, breakout sessions, or vibrant photoshoots. For added flexibility, a separate ADU provides additional breakout rooms—great for focused work or private meetings. Unique amenities include EV charging, a fully-stocked kitchen, abundant indoor and outdoor seating, and multiple flexible spaces to suit your event. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
