Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Client is responsible for returning VER STUDIO premises to the state that it was in prior to the event. All property belonging to Client, Client’s guests, agents, and sub-contractors, shall be removed by the Clean-up by the End Time stated above. Anything beyond a single trash can’s worth of trash, Client must take with them and dispose of off premise. Any liquids must be double-bagged and trash must be placed in large can by the parking spaces.
VER STUDIO is not responsible for any possessions left on premises during or after any event by Client, Client’s guests, agents, or sub-contractors.
Client is responsible for any damage(s) to VER STUDIO and premises and the surrounding site and will be charged for any damage to VER STUDIO and premises.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
