The studio is cleaned three times per week, with additional professional cleaning as needed between bookings. Our cleaning process includes ā but is not limited to ā the following: Floors are thoroughly mopped and vacuumed, including all rugs and high-traffic areas All surfaces and props are disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning products Mirrors, windows, and frequently touched items (such as light switches, door handles, and studio furniture) are sanitized regularly Trash is emptied and all common areas are reset and refreshed between sessions We ask all guests to leave the studio in the condition it was found and to report any spills or damage so we can maintain a clean and welcoming environment for every creative.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
