Fantastic event home with large indoor and outdoor kitchens, huge patio, half basketball court, which can double for seating area and tents. The home and yard easily fits 30 people, 40 is comfy, seating (table to eat) for 25 outside, and 14 indoor at the converted billiards table in the den. Dinning room is a bit small but fits 6-8 well with views of the mountains. Excellent BBQ area seats 18+ TV outside, sink, small fridge, stove tops. Pool has fountains and seating /wading area with umbrella. Hot tub and swim spa extra, as it's a matter of cleaning and chemicals. Please no young kids in the spa or swim spa.
