About the Space

🙋🏽Please read carefully before sending any message. 👁️We rent space for events, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, church events, and family events. For $1,000 ❤️ What's included? 1. 5 hours for groups of up to 60 people. Plus two extra hours before the event to decorate and set up. You won't have to worry about cleaning up after your event because we'll take care of it. 2. Tables with black or white tablecloths 3. Chairs 4. 4 Tents 5. Use of the pool and if you are not going to use the pool, just the area and have children at your event, then we can set up the bounce house at no additional charge. 6. Pool table 7. Food preparation area with sink, refrigerator, and microwave (no stove) 8. Full bathroom with shower 9. Secure parking area for 25 cars. 10. Coolers 11. Sound system with Bluetooth. All this with 5 hours for your event and two extra hours before the event to decorate and set up. During those two hours only 3 adults are allowed and children are not allowed. The organizer will provide trash bags for the 43-pound cans. If, after all this information, you have any questions, please contact us. The price is non-negotiable. Groups of up to 60 people only, and the price will not be reduced just because your group is 15 to 25 people. A $200 deposit is required, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
