Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after every booking to ensure a fresh, professional environment. All high-touch surfaces, microphones, headphones, and furniture are disinfected with commercial-grade cleaners. Couches and soft surfaces are vacuumed and sanitized regularly, and floors are cleaned daily. We also provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes on-site for your use during the session. Guests are expected to leave the space tidy—returning furniture to its original position and disposing of any trash. This helps keep the studio clean, comfortable, and ready for the next creator walking in.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
