Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

🧹 Cleaning & Care Protocol • The property must be left in the same condition it was found. This includes removal of all trash, equipment, set materials, and personal belongings. • All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash bins provided by the property owner. Do not leave trash or food waste on the property grounds. • If production involves any props that create debris (hay, paper, confetti, etc.) or natural materials (florals, leaves, etc.), guests are responsible for full cleanup after use. • Please avoid leaving any residue (such as tape, adhesive, paint, glitter, etc.) on any surfaces. • The use of substances that cause staining or permanent damage is strictly prohibited. • If your production involves food or drink, please take extra care to clean up spills immediately to avoid attracting animals or pests. • A basic cleaning fee may be included with your booking, but excessive mess left behind may incur an additional cleaning charge at the owner’s discretion. • Damage to property, equipment, or grounds will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
