- We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. - Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, following these steps: - All surfaces (tables, chairs, counters) are wiped and disinfected. - High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and shared tools are sanitized. - Floors are swept and mopped after every session, especially in art and craft areas. - Restrooms are cleaned and restocked with essentials. - All used art supplies and tools (e.g., brushes, trays, bowls) are washed and sanitized. - Trash is removed and liners replaced between every booking. - The space is aired out after activities involving candles, paint, or fragrances. - We provide guests with basic cleaning supplies to help reset the space at the end of their session. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty or damaged
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
