Event Space Cleaning Process: 1. Gather Supplies: - Retrieve cleaning supplies and trash bags from the kitchen cabinets. 2. Collect and Dispose of Trash: - Walk through the entire event space and collect all trash. - Ensure all trash is placed into trash bags. - Take the filled trash bags outside and dispose of them in the designated trash container. 3. Remove Liquid Cups: - Check all countertops and furniture for cups with any remaining liquids. - Pour out any remaining liquids in the sink. - Place the empty cups into the trash bags. 4. Clean Surfaces: - Use cleaning sprays and cloths to wipe down all surfaces, including tables, countertops, and furniture. - Pay extra attention to the kitchen and event room where food and drinks may have been served. 5. Check the Theater for Food and Trash: - Ensure no food items are left in the theater. - Collect any trash or personal items left behind by guests. 6. Vacuum Carpets: - Vacuum the carpets throughout the event space, paying attention to high-traffic areas. 7. Final Inspection: - Conduct a final walk-through of the entire space to ensure nothing was missed and all areas are cleaned to satisfaction. 8. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
