We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests. Between each booking, we follow these cleaning protocols: • All outdoor surfaces are wiped down and sanitized, including tables, lounge chairs, and shared seating areas. • Pool and spa are professionally serviced and cleaned regularly. • Pool deck, patio, and outdoor walkways are swept and cleared of debris. • Restroom is fully cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with fresh supplies. • All trash and recycling from previous guests are removed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
