Guests are responsible for basic tidying during and after their event, including removing personal belongings and disposing of trash in the designated bins. We ask that the space be left in the condition it was found to help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. If any additional cleaning or repairs are needed due to damage or excessive mess, guests may be subject to additional fees.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
