Outdoor Space & Capacity: The driveway accommodates a 30x30 ft event tent, which can comfortably seat up to 60 guests—making it a great option for outdoor presentations, dining, or celebrations. The area is level and easily accessible, with nearby restrooms and optional indoor use for added flexibility. Your safety and comfort are our top priority. We follow a strict cleaning and disinfecting process before and after each booking to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your event. All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, countertops) are thoroughly disinfected. Bathrooms and the kitchen are sanitized with professional-grade cleaners. Floors are vacuumed and mopped between bookings. Fresh linens and hand towels are provided for each reservation. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available onsite for guest use. We allow time between bookings to deep clean and air out the space, giving you peace of mind for your meeting or gathering. If you have specific cleaning concerns or requests, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
