Located on the west side of Houston, just minutes from Galleria/Downtown and central Houston, this open-concept space blends industrial character with modern black-and-white design. the perfect blank canvas for any creative vision. Whether you’re hosting a photo shoot, film production, pop-up event, meeting, or workshop, the space adapts to your needs. Our DIY prop play area and customizable setups let you design your own environment, bringing your ideas to life exactly how you imagine them. This isn’t just a rental — it’s your experience. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking. • High-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, bathrooms) are disinfected thoroughly. • Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed after each event. • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use. • Deep cleaning is performed regularly to maintain luxury-level standards. • Guests are responsible for basic clean-up: removing personal items, bagging trash, and resetting the space to its original condition.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
