The house is nestled against a hill in a maritime forest. There is a gorgeous 300' long elevated walkway that leads from the house through the woods and across a marsh, to a small dock and private beach. The sunset views are spectacular. The top / main floor of the house is at street level, with a shallow ramp leading from the driveway to the front door. This floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living / kitchen / dining area with water views, and two offices with water views. There is also an upstairs deck off the living room that overlooks the forest, the walkway, and the water. Downstairs has a cozy lounge space, painted a moody green to blend with the forest, with a fireplace. The lounge opens onto a massive screened in porch that's tucked into the woods, facing the sunset. There is usually a breeze.
