🧼 Guest Cleaning Responsibilities – Before Checkout Thank you for using our space! To avoid additional cleaning fees and help us maintain a great experience for all creatives, please follow this step-by-step cleaning checklist before you leave: ⸻ ✅ 1. General Clean-Up • ❏ Pick up and throw away all trash (food containers, water bottles, wrappers, paper towels, etc.) • ❏ Use trash cans provided. If the can is full, please tie the bag and leave it near the door. • ❏ Wipe down any surfaces used (tables, countertops, mirrors, makeup stations). • ❏ Clean up any spills, makeup powder, or sticky substances on floors or furniture. ⸻ ✅ 2. Reset Furniture & Props • ❏ Return all furniture, lights, and props to their original place and setup. • ❏ Do not block doors, exits, or emergency areas. • ❏ Do not drag furniture — lift it gently to avoid floor damage. ⸻ ✅ 3. Equipment & Backdrops • ❏ Turn off all lighting equipment, fog machines, and electronics used. • ❏ Roll up any backdrops used and return to original position (if not paper backdrops). • ❏ Return tripods, reflectors, and gear to their original places. ⸻ ✅ 4. Bathrooms & Personal Items • ❏ Do not leave personal items or wardrobe behind. • ❏ Clean up any mess or products left in the bathroom (wipes, wrappers, hair, etc.). ⸻ ✅ 5. Kitchen / Food Area (If Used) • ❏ Dispose of any food, drinks, or catering items brought in. • ❏ Wipe down any tables or areas used for food service. • ❏ No leftover food in the fridge unless pre-approved. ⸻ ✅ 6. Final Exit • ❏ Double-check that you have all your belongings. • ❏ Make sure the space is in the same condition as when you arrived. • ❏ Let us know when you’re heading out so we can lock up or inspect the space. • ❏ Don’t forget to grab any trash bags, water bottles, chargers, etc. before leaving! ⸻ 🛑 Note: Failure to follow this process may result in a $75–$150 cleaning fee depending on the condition of the space after your rental.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
