No bookings past 9pm. This space is located in Northeast Baltimore, it comes with a 3 level deck, with the top level on the roof, and a large side field with a stage for outdoor events. The inside includes a bathroom, pool table, air hockey table, arcade games, and a kitchen and lounge area. This is a great space for meetings, art events, performances, birthdays, cook outs, baby showers, family reunions, and more. We have chairs, tents, a stage, tables, televisions, and a speaker.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
