Welcome to our 1500 sq. ft. luxury creative space in the heart of Beaverton—designed for photographers, content creators, podcasters, and small events. Important Notice for Photographers and Clients: Please remind your clients to bring fresh or clean shoes when entering the rented studio. If they don’t have spare clean shoes, booties are available for use. Shoes are not allowed in the white areas of the studio, including the white carpet — only socks are permitted in these zones. Health and Safety Measures

Guest have to clean up the area themselves after the session. We use the NARWAL Freo Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo to ensure a deep clean after every session. This is keeping our floors dust-free and sanitized with minimal disruption. All high-touch areas, seating, props, and backdrops are wiped down and disinfected. You are welcome to use any props or furniture in the studio. Please return everything to its original place after use. Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Please clean up any spills immediately. Guest will be responsible for any damages to the space, furniture, or equipment during your rental and will be deducted in your deposit fee ($80) to cover expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
