About BUBS
This is a great space for when you need big tables and space for lots of guests. In its default configuration it can hold 40 people seated at 4 tables (10/table) which is perfect for gaming (e.g. MTG, Warhammer, TTRPGs) and other events where big tables could be useful (e.g. clothing swaps, sip & paint, vendors). The space can be arranged so the tables form on long table for birthdays, showers, and perhaps a traditional Georgian feast! Big windows make the space feel extra large and there's a commercial kitchen available (induction only). If interested, we also have a tarot card reader and a caricature artist who are bookable for an additional fee (pending availability).

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
As a space that is open to the public, we clean/disinfect high-traffic surfaces daily / multiple times a day (e.g. table wipes), do a general clean twice a week, and one deep clean per week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
