Studio Suite: A versatile content space designed for photo shoots, podcasts, filming, or branding sessions. At Golden BLK, we take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained space for every guest. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Thorough Surface Sanitization: All high-touch surfaces—such as tables, chairs, doorknobs, and restrooms—are sanitized before and after each booking using EPA-approved disinfectants. Floor-to-Ceiling Refresh: Floors are vacuumed or mopped, and restrooms are restocked and disinfected daily. Air & Ambience Reset: We refresh the space between guests by ventilating each suite, resetting furniture layouts, and lightly scenting the space for a clean, inviting vibe. Trash Removal: All trash is removed and bins are relined after each event or work session. Shared Amenities Disinfected: Items like shared remotes, the iPad-controlled music system, and the coffee/tea station are wiped down thoroughly between bookings. We ask all guests to follow our clean-up checklist before departure to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness for everyone in our community.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
