We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept space for every booking. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each guest to ensure a seamless experience and photo-ready presentation. All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, etc.) are sanitized prior to your arrival. Floors, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces are cleaned with non-toxic, fragrance-free products. Furniture and decor are returned to their original placement between bookings to maintain visual consistency. Fresh towels and linens are provided if your booking includes talent changing or wardrobe styling. Outdoor spaces — including the dock, fire pit area, and wraparound deck — are tidied and inspected before each use. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it. A walkthrough will be conducted at the end of your booking to ensure all items are returned to place and no personal or production-related trash remains onsite. Trash and recycling bins are available for your use. If you have special cleaning needs for your production (e.g., glitter, body paint, food styling, etc.), please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
