Located on an acre of land, in Smyrna, GA. An ideal location for company events, retreats, showers, special occasions, and more. Surrounded by trees and open green space, its a blank canvas for any special event. The front of house has an open concept lounge with seating for 15, reception coffee area, cafe with additional seating for 10, prep kitchen with oven and refrigerator, and 3 bathrooms. (25 guests total indoor) (50+ guests outdoor) The back of house features 43,560 sq ft of green space. Patio with seating, and 4 tiny houses (12x8 & 12x16) for private meetings or separate experiences, as well as a fully equipped half bathroom. We have AV such as monitors, wifi and a 50in screen in the lounge. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
