We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all our guests. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings in accordance with local health guidelines, with special attention to high-touch surfaces and shared amenities. Soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed, and a licensed professional cleaner is hired to ensure high standards. We also space out bookings to allow time for enhanced cleaning. For added peace of mind, we provide disinfecting wipes or spray with paper towels, disposable gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer. To support physical distancing, we limit guest capacity based on government guidelines, provide access to outdoor air ventilation and HEPA-certified air filters, and offer additional outdoor space for use during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
