🧼 Our Cleaning Process: At Queen City Cheer Factory, cleanliness and safety are top priorities. We follow a thorough cleaning protocol before and after every rental to ensure a fresh and welcoming space for all guests. ✅ Floors are swept, mopped, and sanitized after each use ✅ High-touch surfaces (door handles, sign-in desk, seating area) are disinfected regularly ✅ Trash is removed and replaced after every event or practice ✅ We allow time between bookings to properly clean and reset the space ✅ Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available onsite for guest use
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
