About the Space
Simple yet large space for small weddings, kids birthday parties, engagement dinners etc. We have a small 6' x 6' portable canopy for shade and many trees around the perimeter of the lot. We dont have tables or chairs for rent. We have a camper to be used as a changing area/bathroom. No food or smoking is allowed there. We suggest the tenant rent out a portapotty as this campers plumbing does get full quickly. There is a photo opp area at the heart shaped bench. There is Lake Holbrook, a 4 min walk away, for even better photos.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
