We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process before and after every booking to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment. ✨ Here's what we do: The pool area and all outdoor surfaces are cleaned and sanitized Lounge chairs, tables, and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected Trash is removed, and fresh liners are placed Bathrooms (if accessible) are fully cleaned and restocked Security and camera equipment are checked to ensure proper function The entire space is inspected to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness We take pride in providing a well-maintained, welcoming space so you can relax and enjoy your time without any worries.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
