Seating and tables for up to 25 guests are included. Please note: 1. Max 25 guests allowed. 2. Parties, loud noise, and large crowds are prohibited. 3. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Drink responsibly. 4. Smoking/vaping permitted, but no marijuana use—violation will result in eviction with no refund. 5. Pool and jacuzzi use is at your own risk. No lifeguard. No diving or rough play. Children must be supervised. Jacuzzi heating available on request(Add-on) 6. Moderate music/DJs allowed—volume must stay respectful. 7.
