Located in Scotts Valley off Highway 17, this little oasis is close to both Santa Cruz and San Jose. The pool is completely private from prying neighbors and overlooks the giant redwoods in all directions. The location offers stunning sunsets and clear, beautiful night stars. Whether you're looking for an intimate party for friends, or a large birthday party, this venue is perfect for gatherings of all sizes. The standard booking includes: 🏖️the entire pool area, the gazebo, and hot tub area ☀️Solar heating (on sunny days up to 88 degrees, colder days 78-80 degrees) 🛟 pool toys for your enjoyment, including 2 giant flamingo floats 🦩, a unicorn float 🦄, 4 mesh in-pool lounge chairs, a large pool lounger, 8 tubes, pool noodles, and blow up bowling 🎳 🎪a changing tent located near the pool 🍴a large countertop prep area 🪑seating for up to 10 people with a coffee table …and up to 3 additional folding tables and a small portable speaker upon request On a standard summer day, the solar heating pool temperature is anywhere from 78-86 degrees. If you want to turn on the gas heat to guarantee it’s heated at 86-89 degrees, please let us know in advance of your booking. It’s a big pool, so it takes a minute! Please note that events with wine and hard alcohol require a 3 hour minimum booking (beer is ok for shorter bookings!). We support parking for up to 5 cars, and can add additional parking for up to a total of 13 cars. If you require parking for more than 5 cars, please reach out to us prior to booking. We offer the lawn and upper patio with the wisteria pergola as add on spaces. You have the option to book the hot tub and slide for the entire booking, or you can book time a la carte for 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. If you select the a la carte option, please let us know at least an hour before your booking starts what time you’d like them to be turned on and we’ll take it from there!
