Small Modernized Home with Lush Green Backyard
About the Space
Our home was built in the 50's, but we've updated everything in the house except the kitchen. Whole house is available to use and so is the yard space. The interior square footage is 1,100 sq. ft. (so not big by any means), but the backyard is bigger than most and has been renovated with lawn, lots of plants and raised beds, 10 fruit trees, a garden bed, and a wall-hydroponic system. Back patio was also tiled and has a 3-person, triangular shaped, hot tub with a custom built wood staging. Furniture and decorations can be moved as needed as long as everything is reset when done.

Our home is cleaned regularly and we will also clean the day before hosting. We own dogs (not at the home during your event) that are only inside with us in the evenings and they're not allowed on furniture or rugged area. Preventative measures in addition to the dusting and vacuuming we do regularly should make this space ok even for those with minor dog allergies. Furthermore, there are air purifiers in almost every room of the home.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
