We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at Roba Content Studio. To ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience: -The studio is vacuumed daily and kept tidy at all times -High-touch surfaces (such as door handles, tabletops, and equipment) are disinfected thoroughly between each booking using disinfectant spray and wipes -Cleaning supplies are also available on-site should you wish to use them during your session Your health, safety, and comfort are important to us—we’re committed to providing a space that’s clean, professional, and ready for creativity.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
