Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Before Your Event • The entire venue—including restrooms, main event areas, gym (if included), and entryways—is deep cleaned and disinfected. • Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed, depending on the surface. • All tables, chairs, and surfaces are sanitized and arranged according to the agreed-upon setup. • Garbage and recycling bins are emptied and relined. • Restrooms are stocked with fresh toiletries, soap, and paper products. • A final walkthrough inspection is conducted by staff to ensure the venue is event-ready. During Your Event • Staff may perform light touch-ups in shared spaces (if included in your package). • Cleaning supplies (such as paper towels, hand sanitizer, and trash bags) are available if needed. After Your Event • Once your event concludes, the venue team will: • Remove and dispose of all trash and recycling left in the venue. • Clean and sanitize all high-touch areas, tables, chairs, and restrooms. • Sweep, mop, or vacuum all floors. • Return the venue to its original state for the next event. Note: While we handle the deep cleaning, guests are expected to: • Remove all personal items, decorations, and leftover food by the end of their rental time. • Ensure vendors clean up their own materials and equipment. This consistent and detailed cleaning routine helps ensure every event starts in a clean, fresh environment and ends with a smooth, stress-free exit for clients.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
