We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. Here's what to expect: Before Your Booking: The space will be swept, wiped down, and sanitized before your arrival. High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, tables, equipment) are disinfected between each booking. During Your Event: Guests are expected to tidy up after themselves, including disposing of trash, returning furniture to its original position, and wiping down surfaces if spills occur. Basic cleaning supplies are available on-site. After Your Booking: Our team performs a standard post-event clean to ensure the space is refreshed for the next guest. A cleaning fee is included in your rental. Excessive mess, damage, or neglect may result in an additional charge.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
