What works well in our space This flexible studio is ideal for: • Baby showers & bridal showers • Birthday parties • Pop-up retail events • Art classes or creative workshops • Intimate dinners or cocktail-style gatherings • Content creation or styled photoshoots • Book clubs, panels, or community meetups Layout & space usage The studio features: • An open layout that can be customized for seated meals, mingling, or presentations • A central communal table (seats ~12) that can be rearranged as needed • Lounge area with comfortable chairs and a couch • Large front windows for natural light and great photo opportunities Features & amenities: • Optional catering from Shorty’s Sandwich Shop downstairs. Perfect for grazing boards, sandwich platters, or boxed lunches • Optional supervised childcare available at Mulberry Lane Play Café on the ground floor. Ideal for adult-focused events that include parents of young children • Clean, modern design with locally curated artwork and soft, inviting touches • Easy load-in access and free street parking • High-speed WiFi and whiteboard wall (great for classes or team planning) • A/V support available (HDMI and Bluetooth), including a 60’’ TV for broadcasting or watching your choice of media • Stereo speaker system available upon request • $50 cleaning fee covers a dedicated concierge who will be present throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly, and to assist with setup and cleanup • Located in a walkable, vibrant block next to a sandwich shop and play café — ideal for adding food or family-friendly options to your event Whether you’re planning a cozy celebration or hosting something more creative, Studio Del Ray offers a warm, beautifully designed space that adapts to your needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming space for every guest. Before each booking, Studio Del Ray is thoroughly cleaned and reset, including: - Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (tables, door handles, bathroom fixtures) - Sweeping and mopping floors - Emptying trash bins and restocking bathroom supplies - Wiping down shared furniture and kitchenette surfaces We ask guests to: - Return furniture to its original placement (or incur an additional fee) - Remove all personal items, decorations, and food waste - Dispose of trash in the designated bins A basic cleaning is included in your rental, but excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
